Ten80 Thinking

Pirates - team building
Shiver me timbers!

The key was to identify the main 'idea' and from that all other elements would follow. Most people have never been on a Turkish gullet boat before, and even if they had, they probably weren't dressed as a Pirate. We split the group and used two boats which then competed against each other to find clues on a tailor-made treasure hunt around the coast of Ibiza. Not only did this provide a unique experience for the guests, but it was an ideal way to see and the enjoy the best of the island. Although this group stayed in hotels, it is also possible to stay on the boat if the size of the group is smaller.
