enjoy our local courses whatever your level. Read further for details of some of the
courses in our area.

Chamonix

The golf course in the Chamonix valley has a high standard with excellent facilities. It is situated next to the village of Les Praz. Constructed in 1934, originally with 4 holes, it was officially opened on the 20 July 1935 with 9 holes completed.

It was only in 1972 the council decided on a further 9 holes. So 10 years later, on the 26 September 1982 it was relaunched with 18 holes.The course was designed by Trent Jones Senior.

Crans Montana

It is impossible to describe Crans-Montana without mentioning its acclaimed golf courses. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, the course was voted the best course in the country by Swiss professionals. The specialist magazines Golf Monthly and Golf Magazine rate its seventh hole as one of the forty finest in the world, while the Jack Nicklaus course, for its part, comes third in the Swiss rankings.

Evian - Royal Park

A wooded park of 150 acres, the Evian Masters Golf Club offers the irreproachable quality of a PGA championship course and the beauty of a unique site between lake and mountains. A varied landscape, well defended greens, narrow fairways, water hazards, bushy roughs for varied strokes and velvety greens all year round, just for the pleasure.

The Accommodation

During your trip, you will stay at Chamonix’s Concept One. This is one of the highest quality five star chalets in the whole of the Valley, voted most luxurious ski chalet in the world by Tatler. Set in its own private grounds with stunning views and an 'Ian
Shrager – St Martins Lane Hotel' interior style. It boasts a large decked area at the rear of the chalet with its own built-in barbecue, dining area, hot tub and outdoor music system.

The chalet only has 5 bedrooms, so the guests would have to share, but with the beautiful, modern style and ensuite bathrooms, this is a small compromise - especially when the usual weekly cost is over £15,000 !

Price ~ £17,000 based on 10 people (2009 prices)

There is room in the chalet and the helicopters for 2 other people at an additional cost of
£500 per person, although this would mean 2 people sleeping in bunk beds at the chalet.
