Thursday – Wine tasting at Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet |

| 11.10am: | Arrive at Lyon Airport, transfer to Montrachet in Concept One cars Chauffer driven in 2 luxury Toyota Landcruisers from the airport |
| 12.00pm: | Board hot-air balloon to fly to Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet The hot-air balloon will pick you up from a location outside of Montrachet and fly you into the grounds of the chalet, taking in the beautiful views of the vineyard en route. A champagne reception in the hot-air balloon will make the experience all the better. |

| 3.00pm: | Wine tasting and tour of the chateau and grounds A guided tour of the cellars and vineyard of the chateau with a representative of the house |
| 5.00pm: | Helicopter transfer to Chamonix Picked up from the grounds of the Chateau, you will be whisked off to Chamonix in a couple of helicopters, taking in some of the most beautiful mountain scenery en route |
| 7.00pm: | Arrive at Concept One for Champagne reception Voted the most luxurious chalet in the world by Tatler magazine, you will arrive in time for a champagne reception and settle into your rooms before dinner. www.conceptchalets.com |
| 8.00pm: | 4 course dinner at Concept One Some of the best food in the Chamonix valley will be served here for you in the privacy of your own chalet, complemented by fine wines, coffees and liquors. |
| 10.00pm: | Relaxation and drinking at the chalet After a hectic day the chalet is the perfect place to relax, whether enjoying the comfort, settling into the hot tub, or watching some TV. However, if the fancy takes you, the cars will be on hand to escort you into town for a more lively evening of Chamonix nightlife. |

| 10.00am: | Take the cable car to the top of the Augille du Midi With its two spans, climbing from 1035m in Chamonix to 3842m, this is possibly the most famous cable-car in the world. The top station has several terraces where visitors can take in the spectacular views of the Swiss, French and Italian Alps. On a clear day it is possible to see the Matterhorn |
| 1.00pm: | Lunch at La Cabane restaurant A two fork Michelin restaurant based just next to the Chamonix golf course. This is truly one of the finest restaurants in town, and set in a beautiful wood build cabin, also one of the most impressive. |
| 3.00pm: | Mountain walk/bike ride/parapent/other A variety of outdoor mountain activities to choose from in the worlds largest playground. Alternatively sit back in one of Chamonix’s many bars with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Many more activities are available that could be swapped for any of these. |
| 6.00pm: | Return to the Chalet for relaxation, hot tubs, and massages Sit in the hot tub with a glass of champagne and crank the tunes up on the outdoor sound system, alternatively we can arrange for one of our many masseuses to come to the chalet for a bit of pampering. |
| 8.00pm: | Dinner at Albert Premier 2 Michelin star restaurant A truly great dining experience, Le Hameau Albert 1er justly wears its two Michelin stars with pride. Close attention is paid to ensure the menu is always seasonal and wherever possible the ingredients are sourced locally or from Le Hameau's own garden. |

| 10.00am | Travel to Saint Didier, Italy, for thermal baths and spa treatments Only about an hour from Chamonix, relax in the naturally heated outdoor thermal roman baths of St Didier, dip in the pools, take a Turkish bath, have a massage or a treatment, or just relax around the poolside. |
| 1.00pm: | Lunch at beautiful Italian mountain restaurant The Italian mountains are populated with hundreds of the best local restaurants. With a variety of local dishes right through to the best Tuscan cuisine, there is a restaurant to suit all tastes. |
| 3.00pm: | Shopping in Aosta Italy The beautiful Roman town of Aosta has so much to offer, from beautiful architecture to fantastic shopping.
